I Cried at Work - A Novella

Hello everyone! Let me preface this post with this-this blog post is not really a novella. I am just trying to be creative with my titles. This post may not have fun pictures in it (unless I can find some), I just have to tell you something I learned today. So let me begin... I had a one on one with my manager today. Usually, these are pretty good, but I feel this one was a bit of a game changer for me and my boss and our relationship - it only took about four years!
